🔥 How to Burn

1. Light the tip for about 10–20 seconds.

2. Gently blow it out so the stick produces soft cleansing smoke. 

3. Slowly move the smudge stick around a room, doorway, or around your body, letting the smoke flow through the space. 

4. Set an intention while smudging, focus on clarity, protection, or refreshing the energy. 

5. Extinguish safely in sand, incense holder or a fireproof bowl. 

6. Open a window to allow stagnant energy and smoke to leave the space while fresh air comes in. 

7. Never leave it burning unattended. Always burn mindfully.
