My name is Sharon, the founder of Soul Heal.

I am a quiet and introverted person, and from a young age I have been especially sensitive to spiritual energies, souls, and frequencies of the environment around me. This sensitivity became much stronger when I turned 30. During that period, I would sometimes feel things others could not and I would dream of messages. Over time, this began to affect my daily life.

Because this ability is not easily understood by most people, I carried everything quietly within myself. As an introvert, I could not openly share these experiences, the emotional pressure and negative energy gradually built up. One day, with sincerity, I prayed for guidance and asked for help to understand and resolve what I was going through.

Not long after, a colleague casually spoke and shared her experiences to me about meditation and spiritual awareness. That moment became a turning point. I began practising daily meditation and slowly started learning how to cleanse negative energy, raise personal vibration, and protect my own energy through incense and mindfulness ritual practices.

At the same time, I started to learn more about the natural healing and intentional use of crystals, using them to support and enhance the energies I wished to cultivate and manifest.

Through this journey, I find my inner stability again. My life gradually transformed, my path became clearer, and everything began to flow more smoothly. I tour my heart and light up my heart.

In 2026, I will step into my 43rd year. This is a year when energy plays a powerful role in a new solar eclipse of 2026 in both our inner growth and the external world around us. With this powerful energy, I feel called to share my experiences and insights through Soul Heal to support those who are meant to find it.
