Palo Santo Sticks

🌍 Origin

Palo Santo, means “Holy Wood” in Spanish, is from the tree Bursera Graveolens of Central and South America, where wood shavings have been used as incense at least since the Inca era. Traditionally used by Indigenous communities for spiritual cleansing, blessing and healing ceremonies.

🌿 When to Use

🔥 How to Burn

1. Light one end of the stick for around 20–30 seconds.

2. Blow out the flame and open the window for airflow.

3. Allow the smoke to flow around your body, room, crystals, or incense tools.

4. Set a clear intention (example: “I invite clarity and aligned energy into this space.”)

5. Extinguish safely in sand, incense holder or a fireproof bowl.

6. Never leave it burning unattended. Always burn mindfully.
