🌿 When to Use 

Lavender smudge is perfect to use in the evening, before sleep, during meditation, or after a long and busy day when you want to slow down and relax. It can also be used when setting a calm mood at home, during self-reflection, or before yoga and mindfulness practices.

🔥 How to Burn

1. Hold the end of the lavender smudge stick and light it up until it begins to catch fire.

2. Allow the flame to burn for about 10–20 seconds, then gently blow out the flame. The bundle should produce a soft stream of aromatic smoke.

3. Gently wave the smoke around the room, doorway, or around your body, setting an intention for calm, peace, and relaxation. You can also pass the smoke around objects such as crystals.

4. Extinguish safely in sand, incense holder or a fireproof bowl.

5. Once fully out, keep the lavender bundle in a dry place so it can be used again.

7. Never leave it burning unattended. Always burn mindfully.
